The Sorcerer’s Apprentice Plot:

In 740 AD, one of Merlin’s (James A. Stephens) apprentices, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina), joins forces with the evil sorceress Morgana le Fay (Alice Krige), betraying Merlin. Morgana mortally wounds Merlin before his other apprentices, Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) and Veronica (Monica Bellucci), can stop her. While Balthazar battles Horvath, Morgana prepares to kill Balthazar, but is stopped by Veronica, who absorbs Morgana’s soul into her own body. As Morgana tries to kill Veronica from within, Balthazar stops her by imprisoning Morgana and Veronica in the Grimhold, a prison similar to a nesting doll.

Before dying, Merlin gives his remaining apprentice a dragon ring that will choose the Prime Merlinian, who will become Merlin’s successor. Only the Prime Merlinian will be able to defeat Morgana. Throughout history Balthazar imprisons Morganians, sorcerers who try to release Morgana, including Horvath, into successive layers on the Grimhold while he searches for the successor.

And now, Angelina is back to kick some more asses in Salt. In the upcoming action thriller, she plays Evelyn Salt, a CIA agent who is accused of being a Russian spy. She then goes on the run using her years of training in order to clear her name and catch the real traitor. But her actions seem to put some doubt on who Salt really is. The movie is directed by Phillip Noyce. This is a reunion project for Angelina and Phillip. They both worked on the 1999 thriller The Bone Collector, along with Oscar winner Denzel Washington. Salt is also their comeback film. Angelina was last seen in Clint Eastwood’s Oscar nominated film The Changeling in 2008. Noyce’s last movie was Catch a Fire in 2006. The thriller was about the apartheid in South Africa and starred Tim Robbins and Derek Luke.

Salt was first offered to Tom Cruise in 2007 but later passed on the project to work on Knight and Day with Cameron Diaz. He also added that the role closely resembled his character on the Mission: Impossible series, Ethan Hunt. The script was then sent to Angelina and loved the project of having a female spy franchise. The character was then changed to Evelyn Salt and shooting began in March 2009. To prepare for the film, Angelina began a rigid training so that she can perform her own stunts. But she suffered minor injury in May that year while filming for a fight sequence. But nothing serious happened and shooting resumed later that day.

Her last movie was way back in 2008 with the drama Changeling, which was directed by Oscar-winning director Clint Eastwood and based on a true to life story of a woman looking for her lost son set in the 1920s.It earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress but lost to Kate Winslet for The Reader.

In Salt, Angelina plays Evelyn Salt, a CIA agent accused of being a KGB sleeper agent by as defector. They are convinced that she is sent assassinate the President of the United States. Evelyn then goes on the run to clear her name and is out to prove that someone else is the traitor, while trying to reunite her family.

The role was first offered to Tom Cruise in 2007 as Edwin A. Salt but he declined because of scheduling conflicts. He also added that he feared that the role closely resembled his character Ethan Hunt in the Mission: Impossible series. The filmmakers tried to convince him that the role was different but later accepted the fact that the Cruise had a point that Salt was closely similar to Hunt. Phillip Noyce, the director of the movie said, “But, you know, he had a valid point. It was kind of returning to an offshoot of a character he’d already played. It’s like playing the brother or the cousin of somebody that you played in the movie.” Amy Pascal, an executive of Columbia Pictures, then suggested to Noyce to ask for Angelina to play the character. Angelina and Amy once talked about how Angelina wanted to create a female spy franchise like Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible, Jason Bourne of the Bourne films, and James Bond of the Bond franchise. Jolie was then sent the script written by Kurt Wimmer that September and loved the project. Wimmer, Noyce, and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura then went to France to talk to Angelina for the film and for the possible “sex change” of the character. Writer Brian Helgelandthen developed the character to change the gender from being Edward A. Salt to Evelyn Salt. And the rest is, what they always say, film history.

Salt also includes Live Schreiber as Tewd Winter and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Peabody. It is set to hit theaters on July 23, 2010. But you can  also watch Salt movie online.

watch inception online freeSince the dawn of Nolan’s last blockbuster “The Dark Knight” many film critics are now looking forward to his up and coming sci-fi blockbuster “Inception” Well for sure, the movie would tighten up our throats with so much action and candid brutality that is of Nolan’s creative genius. For spoilers , the movie would start off as a typical sci-fi movie would. Setting the mood by making the audience experience what it feels like to be in the future.

Nolan is a purist and in that sense some critics and movie buffs , even his fellows and friends from the movie industry says he hates the proliferation of movies in the internet. He says he want movies exclusively released just for cinemas and theatre. Wells there’s the  rub because Mr. Nolan can’t stop web maniacs to watch Inception online free.

As I have come across many versions of the teasers and trailers, the movie feels like its a blend of the Matrix and Vanilla Sky a la The Cell. As the title suggests “inception” is term used to describe an origin or beginning.

“Inception” takes place in a world where we have developed a physical process which you can enter people’s dreams. In the movies it is via injection.  Leonardo DiCaprio’s character name is  Cobb who is like a chairman or “ Tony Stark” – like ,but he is also a little of a unlawful man..  He lunge into people’s dreams t gather information and know their secrets.

Ellen Page will play Ariadne, a college student who in at the current studying in Paris who is a part of Cobb’s team together  with Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Arthur and Tom Hardy’s Eames. Cobb’s and his other colleagues are the ones who fabricate the dreams and it is Ariadne  (Page)  who weaves them, she designs and engineers the dreams. They enter the dreams via injection, and the technology can easily be transported in a suitcase.  In one scene  as shown briefly in the. The team enters a passenger’s  dream while in an airplane.

Conflict begins when Ken Watanabe also known as Saito tends to go along blackmailing Di Caprio. Apparently there are no probale arch enemies (of Cobb’s ) in the movie except Saito. But Cobb’s wife also causes some trouble. She insisted , at the time where they were stuck in many levels of a dream, him (Cobb) to stay in that world, that it is much better than real life.  But Cobb wants to go back to the real world to see their children.

The action scenes are compounded and seen in the real world and not in their dreams. So basically the movie is not all sci-fi, but it is presented in the real world-present day. So i guess the climax heightens because the movie will surely make us analyze the conflicts and view the action that is so convincing and very entertaining. A must see this coming week.

What is Inception?

watch inception online freeAccording to Merriam Webster, Inception is “an act, process, or instance of beginning” but this summer, Inception is actually a movie brought to us by Batman Begins and The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan. It’s labeled as a science fiction action movie which stars, among others, Leonardo DiCaprio.

Inception tells the story of “Dom Cobb, a skilled thief, the absolute best in the dangerous art of extraction, stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state, when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb’s rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible: inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse: their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. So think of it as a combination of “The Matrix” and “Ocean’s Eleven”– a heist movie that takes place in dreams. Crazy, huh? Well it’s not really a surprise as it is written by Nolan himself who adds this gem to his long list of twisty psychological themed films such as Memento and The Prestige. Do you also want to watch eclipse online free? The reason why I want to watch it online is that the movie is a month delayed when it is shown in our place. But when it shows here I am the first in line at the cinema. I will write here all the chapters of Twilight novels in a summarize mode included are my experiences with regards to the plot. The first book is entitled Twilight. It all started when Bella Swan the lead female character both in the novel and movie is going out of Phoenix from her mom and will be staying in the small town called Forks. Forks is in the East Coast and in Washington. Bella chose to be with her father because her mom is going away with her new husband. Bella had never stayed long in Forks but this is where she was born and when she was only several months old her parents separated and her mom brought Bella with her. Before she turned fourteen she spent every summer at Forks. She can now recall vividly the days she spent here. I can still remember my childhood days. Every summer my friends and I would construct a toy house where we can all fit like sardines. We will cook our snacks every afternoon and one of our favorite is banana coated sugar. The term for this delicacy is banana cue. Oh it tastes so good especially when it is eaten right after being taken out of the frying pan.

Going back to Twilight, Bella was fetched in the airport by his dad. The name of Bella’s father is Charlie. When we watch eclipse online we can again see the face of Charlie together with his trademark mustache. Charlie is the sheriff at Forks, Washington. He used his service police trooper to fetch Bella at the airport. Before coming over Bella talked to Charlie if he can help her find some used car which she will used as her service in school. The reason why she asked Charlie to find her a car is that she does not want to be seen riding the police car everyday to school. Well I would not want myself to be seen on a police car everyday to. My first car I bought it after I was hired as a teacher in a public school. It costs me my one year salary. And of course it is only a second one but nonetheless was still smooth inside out. I bought it from a lady owner and she was very careful driving it for several years that is why the condition is still good. The most important part of a car is its engine. You must see to it that it is well maintained and have a regular checkup on it. When Bella asked Charlie what type of car he has found for her he said it was a truck and that he bought it from Bill. Charlie asked Bella if he remembers Bill and Bella answered she does not remembers him. Charlie said the reason why Bill sold the truck is that he is on a wheelchair now. But Charlie continued that the truck is in a very good condition and Bill has cared for it diligently.

As Bella and Charlie were driving to his house Bella could not help but admire the beautiful scenery in front of him. It was all so green. The thick trees are covered with moss and lots of wild plants can be seen along the road. It was like walking in a virgin forest. With most of the days rainy there is no wonder why the vegetation here is blooming. This is how the earth should be. We are facing climate change because of the destruction of forests. Trees are cut down greedily by big lumber companies. There are little virgin forests left for the younger generations. Because of climate change the earth now is facing global warming where the CFC gases in the atmosphere are thickening thus the earth’s temperature is rising drastically. Five years ago you can s till go out at around eleven in the morning and enjoy the beach during summer times. But today even if you will use sun block creams your skin will still be burned by the excessive heat of the sun. Many prefer to stay indoors especially in malls and go roaming around just to be free from the heat outside. That is why this coming June better stay in your house and watch Eclipse online. Why stay outdoors when you have an internet connection and an air conditioned room? If you do not have computers at home simply go to the nearest internet shop and surf till you drop.

When they arrived at Charlie’s house Bella saw her truck park. The color of it is red and it was made of those pure hard steel that can withstand any crash on the highway. To Bella’s surprise she loved the car. She exclaimed to Charlie it was wonderful and a great truck. Charlie had been thankful his daughter loves it. During the birthday of my grand ma we surprise her with a big party. All her children as well as grandchildren were present. Our 80 year old grandma was tear stricken when she arrived at the venue. Everyone was singing happy birthday to her. She was glowing with joy she never felt so happy before. And when she opens her present she was so happy to see as one of her gifts is a rocking chair. She loves to spend her afternoon in the terrace and listen to the radio. With this rocking chair she will be easily dozed off to chair in her siesta time. At the party my cousins ask me how to watch eclipse online since they are also twilight fanatics. And I told them I SMS them the site when I find one. I know that when I disclose to them the site they would surely be jumping with joy.

Why do we have to watch Eclipse online free? No, I am not talking about the lunar or solar eclipse. I am talking about the movie of the Twilight series which is based on the novel of Stephenie Meyer with the same title. Most of the films nowadays as well as TV series are of the vampire plot. To mention are True Blood and The Vampire Diaries both of whom are raking high rating on the TV. We just can not have enough of these bloody films yet entertaining and full of lessons. Let us go back to my question. We have to watch it because it is so good. From the story of course since it is the work of a great and intelligent author Stephenie Meyer, the casts who performed outstanding acting’s, the director who did a marvelous job and the graphic artists that bring to life the werewolves and vampire fights.

Our whole family is a twilight fanatic. From my younger sister who is in high school to our brother who is taking up a nursing course in college as well as my mother and father who are government employees. We had read the four novels of Meyer and every film of Twilight did not pass without us watching them. Since the movie is delayed to be shown in our place we first watch them over the internet. And we will also watch Eclipse online free. But when it is shown here we will watch it for three times at the cinemas. That is how obsessed my family is over this films and I am sure you are also one of us.

I can still remember when the first Twilight series was shown here on the cinema. Wow I had never seen the movie theater so pack the air condition system became useless. The people are up to the roof literally. And when the first scene was shown all the female audience became hysterical screaming the name of Edward. At that time there was only one name being shouted, and it was Edward. And then it was the second episode New Moon. To my amazement there were now two names being screamed out. These were was Edward and Jacob. When the Edward fans shouted his name the Jacob fans naturally would shout louder. It was an exciting feeling to be a part of that euphoria. And I can not really wait to watch Eclipse online free. Afterward, when it will be shown in cinemas I will be the first to fall in line and bear witness to another bout between Edward and Jacob fans.
